INGREDIENTS
Base:
- 900 g European pork tenderloin (or loin)
- 1-2 heads of butter lettuce (or baby gem lettuce) – for wrapping
- toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- optional: chopped chives
Hoisin-Chili Sauce:
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (preferably low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce (or other hot chili paste)
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
