- 200 g rice (for serving)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g chives
- black sesame and chilli powder (for decoration)
Sauce:
- 80 ml soy sauce
- a splash of dashi stock (or water)
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- pinch of black pepper
