INGREDIENTS
For the Pork & Veggies:
- 1 lb (450 g) European pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika (for colour and flavour)
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced (optional, for crunch and colour)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (or potato starch) mixed with 2 tbsp water, for thickening
For the Honey-Soy Sauce:
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
