INGREDIENTS
For the Salad:
- 100 g grilled beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes (sliced into strips)
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- A few slices of red onion
- A few slices of red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dressing:
- 3–4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
