Stir-fried pork with vegetables, apples and rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g pork loin
  • 200 g jasmine rice
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g radish
  • 20 g onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g shimeji mushrooms
  • 5 g chili pepper
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 20 g potato starch
  • Pea sprouts for garnish
  • Salad:
  • 50 g lettuce
  • 30 g cucumber
  • 30 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 apples
  • 400 ml apple juice

PREPARING

Slice the pork loin thinly, season with soy sauce, pepper, and dust with potato starch.
Stir-fry in a hot pan. Add sliced vegetables: radish, onion, garlic, mushrooms, chili. Pour in 100 ml apple juice and bring to a boil.
Transfer the lettuce to a container. Add sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and apple sticks.
Cook the rice in water with a pinch of salt.
Pour the apple juice into a bottle.
Transfer all ingredients to a lunch box. Garnish with pea sprouts and sprinkle with chili.
