Bento with rice bear, pork, vegetables and apple

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g pork
  • 200 g cooked sushi rice
  • Chocolate for decoration
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • A few cherry tomatoes
  • A few blueberries
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Rapeseed oil

PREPARING

Cut the pork into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Slice the apple, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot.

Briefly fry the meat in a hot pan with oil. Add soy sauce, mix, and set aside to cool.

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, cool and mix with maple syrup.

Form a bear shape with the rice in the lunchbox. Use melted chocolate for decorations. Make the eyes with blueberries.

Add the fried pork, apple slices, and cut vegetables to the lunchbox for color and crunch.
