Pork rolls with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g pork
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml white wine
  • A sprig of rosemary
  • 50 g arugula
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper
  • Edible flowers for decoration

PREPARING

  1. Slice the pork into thin pieces. Gently pound each slice with a meat tenderizer. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place a piece of feta cheese and sun-dried tomato on each slice of meat. Roll up the slices into rolls and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until it is lightly golden.
  4. Add the pork rolls and vegetables and fry them on all sides until well browned.
  5. Pour the white wine into the pan and cook until the liquid is reduced by half, forming a sauce.
  6. Place the halved pork rolls in a bento box and drizzle with the sauce from the pan.
  7. Arrange the broccoli, arugula, tomatoes, mushrooms, and apple next to the rolls.
  8. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs and edible flowers.
