INGREDIENTS
Taco Base:
- 250 g European minced meat (beef and pork blend, preferably lean)
- 4 ready-made hard taco shells
- salt and pepper
- favourite vegetables: tomato, red onion, lettuce
- optional: shredded cheddar or yellow cheese
Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- 2 cm ginger paste (or grated ginger)
Burger Sauce:
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 20 g finely chopped onion
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cm garlic paste
Honey-Mustard Sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cm garlic paste
