INGREDIENTS
- 200 g rice
- 2 apples
- 10 g cinnamon bark
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 50 g peanut butter
- 50 ml 36% cream
- Powdered sugar
Cook the rice in water with cinnamon bark.
Add diced apples, cinnamon, cream, peanut butter and a bit of powdered sugar. Mix until ingredients are combined.
Transfer to a box, garnish with sliced apples and powdered sugar.
