Mini cheeseburgers with beef, vegetables, and apple

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 mini burger buns
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

PREPARING

  1. Mix the ground beef with salt and garlic powder. Shape into small balls, then flatten them firmly into patties.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook the patties until browned on both sides.
  3. Wash the vegetables and apple, then cut them into smaller pieces.
  4. Slice the buns in half. Layer each with lettuce, a slice of tomato, onion, the cooked patty, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Place three mini cheeseburgers in a lunchbox and arrange the cut vegetables and apple pieces around them.
