- A small amount of shimeji mushrooms (grated or in thin strips)
- A few cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
- For garnish: Chopped green onion, sesame seeds
